Overview
Stonefront supplies natural stone, porcelain and quartz to architects, builders and homeowners across Australia. We rebuilt the site as a high-conversion lead engine with a visual product catalogue and trade-account onboarding.
The Problem
The old site was a flat catalogue with no clear conversion path. Trade enquiries went into a generic inbox; consumer enquiries never made it to the showroom team. Mobile bounce was over 70%.
The Build
A redesigned brand site with two distinct journeys (trade vs. retail), a high-resolution product gallery with on-page filters, instant quote-request forms, and a trade-account application flow that routes directly to the BDM team.
The Outcome
Mobile bounce dropped from 70% to 32%. Trade enquiries up 3.4× in the first quarter. Average time-to-quote down from 48hr to 4hr.
