AI agent management
Built, connected and managed.
Bigpop is an Australian AI agent management agency. We help businesses put agents to work across sales, marketing and operations, then manage the integrations, quality, costs and approvals that make them useful in practice.

A digital helper
that can follow a workflow.
An AI agent uses instructions, business information and connected tools to work through a task. You decide what it can access, what it can do and when it must ask a person.
Identify the job, request missing site details and draft a booking reply.
Inbox · Job calendar · Customer recordsYou review the reply and confirm availability.
Spend more of your day on the tools, with enquiries ready to review.
Choose the tools and information the agent needs.
Define access, approvals and a route to a person.
Review errors, costs and completed work against a baseline.

What is AI agent management?
AI agent management is the ongoing work of directing, monitoring and improving software agents that perform business tasks. It covers which tools an agent can access, the work it can perform, how output is reviewed and what happens when something fails.
Bigpop combines implementation and ongoing management. We define the workflow, connect the required systems, test the output and establish a regular review process around the result your business needs.
Where agents can help your business grow
The starting point is a specific bottleneck, with a baseline you can measure. We prioritise repeatable workflows where a faster response or more consistent follow-through can make a business difference.
- Sales: enquiry classification, lead research, CRM updates and follow-up drafts.
- Marketing: campaign research, content drafts, SEO monitoring and reporting.
- Operations: document processing, task routing, reminders and exception reporting.
- Service: approved knowledge retrieval, request triage and escalation to the right person.
What our managed service includes
Your agreed scope covers the workflow inventory, system connections, access controls, instructions, evaluation criteria and operating budget. Before launch, we test representative cases, failure scenarios and the handover to your team.
Ongoing management reviews run reliability, output quality, exceptions and usage costs. Actions that need approval stay in a review queue. We agree what can run automatically and who can change those rules.
- Integration and permissions review
- A measurable pilot with acceptance criteria
- Monitoring and exception ownership
- Human approval for agreed actions
- Regular quality, cost and outcome reviews
Start small, then scale what works
We begin with discovery and workflow mapping. A focused pilot establishes whether the process works with your actual systems and data. Production rollout follows an agreed acceptance review, with documentation and a clear owner.
Pricing depends on the systems, workflow complexity, support level and model usage. The proposal separates setup, ongoing management and third-party costs so you can assess the operating economics.
A clearer
way forward.
How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?
A chatbot mainly responds in a conversation. An agent can also use connected tools to complete a workflow, such as researching a lead, preparing a CRM update or drafting a report. Its permitted actions should be explicitly defined.
Who stays in control?
Your business sets the permissions and approval policy. Bigpop manages implementation and monitoring within that scope. Sensitive or consequential actions can require a person to approve them before execution.
Can you manage agents someone else built?
We can assess existing agents, their integrations and their documentation. We agree any remediation needed before taking on management; compatibility and access are checked during discovery.
How do you measure whether an agent is working?
We agree measures for the workflow: completion reliability, time to response, output quality, exception rate and cost per completed task, alongside the relevant business outcome. A baseline and review period are set before the pilot.
