Foober — Healthy Meal Delivery

Overview

Foober is a high-protein, dietitian-approved meal delivery brand serving customers across Australia. We built a conversion-first marketing site, headless CMS, and a postcode-aware delivery checker that turns local intent into instant orders.

The Problem

A premium meal-prep brand competing in a saturated D2C market needed a website that converted comparison-shoppers, ranked for high-intent local search ("meal delivery near me", "high-protein meals Sydney"), and scaled to 1M+ delivered meals without a re-platform.

The Build

A custom Next.js stack with edge-rendered product pages, a comparison module against competitors (My Muscle Chef, Lite n' Easy, Dineamic), structured-data-rich review modules, and a postcode lookup tied directly to the delivery engine. Every above-the-fold element was A/B tested.

The Outcome

4.6★ average rating, 1M+ meals delivered, ranked #1 in Australia for "healthy meal delivery". Page-load under 1.2s on mobile, conversion rate up 38% after the redesign.
