Overview
Our own AI agency operating system. A complete CRM with autonomous AI agents that source leads, generate full demo websites, write outreach emails, and produce social-media content — all from one prompt.
The Problem
Running an AI agency means running on top of fragmented tools — HubSpot for CRM, Lovable for demos, Jasper for copy, Canva for socials. Each tool charges per seat, none talk to each other, and none of them are agentic.
The Build
A single Next.js app with a multi-agent backend (Gemini 2.5 + Gemini Image) that orchestrates lead sourcing, website analysis, demo generation, email outreach and social content. Every action emits a structured token-usage record so we cost-track every AI call.
The Outcome
Now serves as both the agency's internal OS and a productised SaaS. Generates ~40 qualified leads/week with full demo packages. Token-usage dashboard exposes per-client unit economics in real time.
